Founded in 1999, we are specialists in die and mould manufacturing and produce prototypes, small series and large series of plastic products for a wide range of applications. We design and manufacture the tools required for use at our site (as a system supplier in series production) or for use at the customer's premises. Moreover, we are happy to produce customised tools. Thanks to our cross-industry production facilities, we are partners for customers from the automotive, electronics, tool manufacturing, mechanical engineering and plant engineering sectors, as well as for measuring technology companies and many others besides. We develop tailor-made solutions designed to be sustainable and future-proof – whether we are manufacturing individual components, supplying ready-made products or acting as a full service partner. Our profile: - Injection-moulding machines with a clamping force of 25–320 t - Manufacturing of injection-moulded parts of 1–1200 g in weight - Injection moulding of insert parts - Manufacturing with the gas injection method. We process all thermoplastic materials and elastomers. Our specialities: PA6T/6I GF 50 FWA with drinking water approval. Conductivity. Materials with anti-slip or flame-retardant properties. In order to manufacture tailor-made and high-quality plastic products, you need to have the right hardware. We have fully equipped die and mould manufacturing facilities where we produce high-quality injection moulding tools. We also use Cimatron E CAD/CAM software to assist us with designing and adapting items for the injection-moulding process
