Anne Rigney is a contemporary Irish visual artist and sculptor working at her studio in the countryside of Ireland, in County Roscommon. Her artworks are created from mixed-media, oil paints, acrylics, and found objects, mainly in an abstract style. Originally from County Westmeath, Rigney was educated in Art and Design at Athlone Institute of Technology. The influences in her work are often her life experiences, and the Irish landscape.
