    Shockino Mix Experience - Handmade in Italy We are an artisan chocolate laboratory in the heart of Italy, in Molise. We invented the Mix & Match praline and make spreads, candy, chocolate tablets and more. We started our project in 2015, obtaining the "Mention of Honor at the ADI International Compasso d'Oro" for the modular praline, which rewards the best international design. Today we are an independent laboratory, which selects the best international raw materials and manufactures products of high value in terms of quality and detail. A constant search for Italian and international typicality and excellence. We carry out each step by hand, constantly improving our recipes and preparations. We do not use colourings, preservatives and all our aromas are obtained exclusively from natural essences or ingredients. Whenever possible, we create dairy-free products with no added sugar. All of our products are also palm oil and gluten free. In recent years Shockino Mix Experience has been the protagonist of events and tastings throughout Italy, starting from EXPO2015 at the Salone del Mobile and Salon du Chocolat in Milan, Cibus Parma and Vinitaly in Verona.

To respect the city's chocolate traditions, it is crucial to have the right equipment for processing the jewel of Piedmontese ingredients, the Tonda Gentile Piemonte PDO hazelnut, grilled and milled in-house. Every day Sperandri's search for the perfect balance between respect for tradition and innovative impetus helps create the delicacies that define its range. These include some of the absolute classics of Turin chocolate, like gianduiotto – only produced by a few chocolatiers in the city – classic cremino and soft hazelnut torrone. Sperandri offers gianduiotto, cremino, chocolate boxes and Easter eggs, finely decorated by hand or uniquely and personally wrapped.
