We are an ambitious Danish development and production company, which finds innovative new solutions in order to help our customers to step into a greener solution. We work with powder metal applications such as: Sintered stainless steel, sintered stainless steel filters, MIM (Metal Injection Moulding), metal spraying, permanent magnets, SMCs (soft magnetic composites) and permanent magnetic systems such as magnetic couplings and magnetic rotors. Our thermal spray solutions are used as frictions shims in large constructions as well as bearing systems designed for water applications. Our latest development is within powder extrusion where we can make very complex shaped parts equal to 3D printing - but with a production rate that enables high volume production. We serve industries as automotive, pump manufacturer, food industry, offshore, medico, sound etc. where high quality combined with demand for corrosion resistance, lower weight and higher efficiency is a need in order to become more sustainable.
