Our technological process includes rough cleaning, primary cleaning, aspiration module, and scrubbing. Our ultra-modern manufacturing facility is a testament to the latest advancements in the industry. Spanning an impressive 70 thousand square meters, our production base accommodates 10 warehouses dedicated to housing both raw materials and finished products, complemented by 4 silos.

EUROBALT ENGINEERING MANUFACTURING METHODS AND PARTS/TECHNOLOGIES We Manufacture different Assembled hydraulic cylinders as well as hydraulic cylinder parts at our facilities according to OEM. Our group is a supplier of metal parts, produced by various technologies in-house by our facilities at our JV. As a die casting manufacturer, we make a wide range of parts for different industries. But our biggest achievement is co-operation with large companies in the automotive industry and manufacturers of LED lighting for large industrial facilities and airports. Over the entire business history of the company, we have owed our success and ongoing development to our commitment to excellence in production, the ever growing demand for our products, and our balanced marketing policy. Today "Viktor and K" is a large and responsible manufacturer and direct supplier of mayonnaise, sunflower oil, ketchup, adjika sauce, mustard, vinegar, tomato paste and sauces, and roasted sunflower seeds. Our brand product range includes more than 20 types of mayonnaise of different caloric value and 3 types of sunflower oil (refined deodorized, unrefined, and cold-pressed). Our products are shipped in a convenient and environmentally friendly packaging designed to satisfy the demands of a wide range of consumers. Our quality management system carries both HACCP (ISO 22000: 2007) and FSSC (22000: 2011) certifications, we have established a dedicated in-house QC laboratory and introduced a strict system of production control and monitoring. We have more than 10 years of hands-on experience in exporting our products to over 80 countries of the world, including USA, Canada, UK, China, Israel, Lebanon, Moldova, Georgia, and many others. The company has its own truck and railroad loading facilities, and all customs procedures are carried out onsite. Our standard terms of delivery include FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP.
