Timsons has been providing sub-contract engineering services for over 80 years. Precision engineering is what we know best, and the manufacture of close tolerance components is our speciality. From the highest quality castings produced in our multi-million pound Iron foundry, to the very best expertise in all things machining; Timsons Engineering is your subcontract partner. More than this, we also cater to all of your fitting needs - if you need something assembled, we'll do it for you. All of our services are available separately, or as a combined one-stop-shop. Casting; all grades of Grey, SG and Austempered ductile Iron, produced in small to medium batch quantities, in weights from 1kg - 2.5 tonnes. Machining; Both CNC and manual vertical and horizontal milling, turning and grinding. Assembly; 2700 square meters, with a maximum crane capacity of 30 tonnes, and a highly experienced team available to fit and assemble , mechanically and electrically, both simple and complex components and entire projects as required.
