Welcome to the fascinating world of brushes. At Jobo Borstelfabriek BV, we are a family-run business with four decades of experience in producing brushes in the Netherlands. In addition to our comprehensive range of standard technical and twisted in wire brushes, we specialize in crafting customized products. Brushes play a vital role in various sectors, where they are used for tasks such as cleaning, guiding, and sealing production lines. At Jobo, we manufacture a diverse array of brushes, from cavity wall brushes and lath brushes to marden protection brushes and foot sweepers. Our products are meticulously crafted using fully automatic machines or by skilled hands. As a true family business, we currently have five family members working at our company, spanning both the first and second generations. While the third generation eagerly waits to join us, we are fortunate to be supported by 15 dedicated employees who carry out their work with utmost enthusiasm. We take immense pride in producing our brushes in the Netherlands and being FSC® certified. Furthermore, we actively employ recycled plastic in most of our products as part of our ongoing efforts to prioritize environmental sustainability. Mifa specialises in extrusion of magnesium and aluminium profiles. We produce fully-finished precision products with dimensional tolerances from ±0.02mm. This level of aluminium extrusion precision means unprecedented possibilities. It gives enormous freedom in design, without the restrictions of standard specifications. We extrude a comprehensive range of standard and non-standard aluminium extrusions from ø3mm to ø180mm. In addition to producing aluminium and magnesium extrusions, we supply powder coating or anodising in a wide range of colors and finishes and perform cutting, punching and CNC machining operations. For specific precision products Mifa also has other techniques in house, such as mechanical fixing, bonding, soldering, welding, hermetic sealing, application of protective foil, bending, masking and painting. We are happy to take on the responsibility for the entire process when developing and producing aluminium and magnesium components. Our aluminium profiles are used in many different industries (i.a. aerospace, automotive, suspension, defence and medical equipment) and products. We focus on companies that demand high standards for quality, precision and freedom in design. Each market sets its own specific requirements for our extruded profiles. Mifa is a AS/EN 9100 certified company for the aviation- and aerospace industry. We are also certified with IATF 16949: 2016 (Surface Treatment) as well as ISO 9001: 2015.
