HTP Europe has since 1954 been specialised in plastic injection, injection blowing, the manufacture of matrices, moulds and tools. With over 60 years experience we have become a leader in this field. Our business is focussed on the injection of technical parts, injection blowing (IBM and ISBM) of bottles made form plastic and composite materials in clean environments. We carry out overmoulding of inserts which can be metal, textile or flexible TPE/TPU/SEBS type materials, and assemblies of plastic parts thanks to welding (ultrasound, mirror and vibration) or by bonding. We transform all types of thermoplastics which can be loaded with glass or carbon fibres. We are active in various fields, such as medical, pharmaceutical, food, aeronautics, electricity and safety. Since quality management is one of the keys to our success, we are proud to be ISO 9001 and EN 9100 certified.

Pyramids has over 60 engineers, and over 230 staffs. We pride ourselves on doing thorough DFMs and helping solve problems BEFORE we go into production. Currently over 80% of our customer base is medical equipment ( and devices). So we have to be thorough and meet a higher standard. We are just finishing a 100, 000 sq. foot assembly and office building in New Taipei. We will have class 100, 000 clean rooms for assembly, ( as well as regular clean assembly area). Additionally we will have a class 10, 000 area for assembly and very specialized molding. ( we do a number of programs requiring 10 micron absolute filtration). --We are just starting up a state of the art Powder coating facility. As we do so many high gloss white ( medical) programs, we have had to go to all German equipment/ fully automated for cleaning, and painting. Our booths will have up to 98% powder recovery.
