In 2011 we founded M-TECH. Our registered office is in Rybnik, Śląsk Voivodeship. We process metals and plastics using CNC machines. The main methods we use for processing: - CNC turning - CNC milling, - MIG/MAG welding, - TIG-141 welding. We produce single items and whole series of products for the mining, railway and energy industries. Our plant manufactures from 1 to several thousand pieces of parts. We ensure high repeatability of every detail. Our services include the processing of materials such as: - tool steel, - plastics, - aluminium, - construction materials, - special materials. Our milling and turning machines ensure high precision of projects. The Hyundai WIA 4-axis milling centre allows us to prepare each piece with high accuracy. We also use the state-of-the-art welding methods. TIG-141 welding provides high quality of welds, the option of welding details with a wide range of thickness, no metal spatter during work and the ability to weld in any position. Our company offers, among many others, offshore equipment including shipping industry machines. We sell mainly pipeline manipulators together with electrical and hydraulic equipment. Moreover, we offer full installations for new investments: galvanizing lines and structures for flat glass annealing lines with the possibility of assembling the manufactured structures on the construction site. This is perfectly complemented by machining, boring and milling machines, as well as designing and manufacturing of low- and high-pressure tanks. Due to the turntables we are able to produce aesthetic, continuous welds around the whole circumference of tanks.
