Besche KG was founded in 1981. Rubber moulded parts were produced according to customer requirements on five presses. Production increasingly gave way to trade. In 2004, the company moved into the new buildings on Werksstraße, a street in the German town of Hattingen. Since then, BESCHE GmbH has offered wholesale technical moulded rubber parts, which are offered as standard articles and kept in stock. Upon customer request, the components are produced according to customer specifications by our partners in neighbouring European countries and assembled from various components according to customer specifications. In addition, Besche GmbH has been cooperating with a partner company from Sri Lanka since 2014, which manufactures rubber mats and castors locally, which are distributed via our wholesale trade. BESCHE GmbH works customer-oriented, flexibly and economically. We place particular importance on high-quality products. We also manufacture small and very small series.

We specialise in manufacturing moulded parts, profiles, O-ring cords and hose rings. In our work, we place a particular emphasis on the small- and medium-series segment, as well as custom-made products. Achieving the right blend is key and remains our best-kept secret. When developing our formulations, we use a number of different raw materials that are compatible with one another. You will still be able to find the unique mix that makes up your product even years later. Quality examples: Hydrolysis-resistant PU. HNBR, FDA conformity in EPDM, NR, NBR and FKM. KTW/W270 – EPDM 70 ±5 Shore A black. KM – also available in different colours. NBR up to -40 °C. Black FDA-compliant qualities in EPDM + NBR. We have six state-of-the-art return presses and two Maplan injection presses in operation. We also have two cold-feed and four conventional extruders for producing profiles. In addition, since early 2021, we have also operated a film vulcanisation system.
