There are 3 varieties of sauces in Belbri range, namely: Belbri Original Spicy sauce (consisting of mild to medium and super hot), Belbri Rose-Petal Harissa Sauce (includes, mild, medium and hot) and Belbri Truffle Infused Chilli sauce (includes, mild, medium and hot). Truffle sauce is our signature invention and only available on made to order. The miso paste is delicate and one of our premium product. There over 1000 varieties of miso. The white or light miso (also called sweet miso) is light beige to yellow in colour. It tends to be lighter and sweeter in flavour with a shorter fermentation period. It's made with less soybean content and more grains, such as, white rice. Red or dark miso ranges in colour from light brown to almost black. It is fermented for longer for a stronger, funkier, and saltier flavour. This miso is made with a higher proportion of soybeans or chickpeas and salt for an intense experience. Our miso paste is of the dark kind, fermented over a year. To increase production, we're currently seeking large manufacturers to upscale the production of our signature sauces.
