This flour is intended for making biologically high quality pastries. (5kg, 25kg and 50kg pack) 4. Wheat gritz (Semolina)-type 400, which is a byproduct of grinding before flour is obtained, and is extremely rich in minerals and vitamins, and adapted for certain types of final products.
