We produce high-pressure aluminium die-casting parts but we are also equipped to produce and design tooling with a continuously growing machine park composed of high pressure die casting machines and CNC machines for milling and drilling operations. According to our customer's requests, we also produce prototypes used for early testing. Our customers appreciate our capacity to adapt to their needs and our flexibility. We earned the trust of numerous customers from various industries such as automotive, electronics, lightning or health and cooling.     Ravne looks back at 400 years of tradition in steelmaking and casting. Throughout its development, shifts have been seen from a simple geometry of castings made of unalloyed steels into more demanding and complex product constructions using low & high-alloyed cast steel. Croning livarna d.o.o. has 40-years long tradition in production of carbon and alloyed cast steel, wear-resistant cast steel on the basis of Cr and Mn, stainless and corrosion-resistant cast steel, heat-proof steel castings, duplex and superduplex steel castings and special nickel alloys. With two different methods, foundry is able to produce castings with 0, 1-60 kg according to Croning method, and castings with weight 10-1300 kg according to the Veloset method (self-hardening sand moulds). Capacity of foundry is 120 t monthly.

    The Szilágyi foundry is a family business founded in 1970 by engineer Ernő and Ilona Szilágyi. A craft that was originally based on the manual chill casting of aluminium, zinc and brass grew over the years and soon incorporated high-pressure casting using smaller machines and developed into a foundry equipped with modern technology. It offers a wide range of foundry services. The new generation, represented by the son Dénes Szilágyi, BSc in metallurgical engineering, implemented a rationalisation of the production cycle, machine automation and robotisation, as well as acquiring the ISO 9001 quality certification. The company is successful on foreign markets, which represent 40 % of the production. Our main advantages are our knowledge based on years of tradition and our adaptability to our customer's special wishes and needs. We can quickly respond to increases in the number of orders and changes to the casting tools. We are also available as consultants for planning new solutions.
