The company MVA d.o.o., founded by Miha Vedral, a graduate mechanical engineer, in 1991, is a family-owned business that has steadily expanded its services and products since its establishment. The company's core activity is pressure die casting of aluminum alloy products, complemented by pre-casting services such as product design consultation, tool design, manufacturing and post-casting processes like trimming, sanding, deburring, grinding, CNC machining, washing, product assembly, measurements, quality control, packaging, and delivery. In addition to casting, we are involved in the production of various metal and plastic products. We offer a variety of manufacturing services, including product design, manufacturing of tools for plastic injection molding, custom machinery, plastic injection molding, CNC machining, metal forming, various types of surface treatments, and packaging of final products. Three various-sized casting machines allow us to produce castings that differ in shape and weight (from 0, 1 - 5 kg). The materials used are EN certified primary or secondary aluminium alloys, currently available on the market. BLISK CASTING, founded in 1985, is specialized in high-pressure aliminium die-casting. Over the years, the company expanded and became one of the largest aluminum die casting foundries in Slovenia. The Szilágyi foundry is a family business founded in 1970 by engineer Ernő and Ilona Szilágyi. A craft that was originally based on the manual chill casting of aluminium, zinc and brass grew over the years and soon incorporated high-pressure casting using smaller machines and developed into a foundry equipped with modern technology. It offers a wide range of foundry services. The new generation, represented by the son Dénes Szilágyi, BSc in metallurgical engineering, implemented a rationalisation of the production cycle, machine automation and robotisation, as well as acquiring the ISO 9001 quality certification. The company is successful on foreign markets, which represent 40 % of the production. Our main advantages are our knowledge based on years of tradition and our adaptability to our customer's special wishes and needs.
