Our spacious and flexible machine park contains forging presses up to 1200Tn and many machining centres CNC, including 5 Axis machining which permit us manufacture different sizes of the series. AESA also has Rapid Tooling facilities. Currently, its main activity is the Forging of aluminum parts and other lightweight alloys for the Automotive, Railway and Urban Mobility Vehicles sectors.

SPA-ES (Spa-Espana Ltd) is a new company formed by Bill Norris and his partner Zoila Zurita to supply spare parts for hot tubs and spas in Spain. SPA-ES is supported by their strong partnership with Vortex Parts EU - the leading parts supplier in UK and by Darlly Europe - the UK’s leading brand of filters for spas and hot tubs. Bill Norris previously worked for some years with Spafix Direct as their European Sales Manager and has built up many lasting relationships within the industry. Zoila Zurita, his partner, has provided sales support and translation. She has already met many of our clients whilst attending international exhibitions. SPA-ES has a warehouse in Spain stocking a range of the more popular spare parts, hot tub covers, filters and accessories in order to achieve a rapid delivery service to hot tub engineers, installers and dealers. The more rare spare parts are held in stock by Vortex Parts EU and are delivered to SPA-ES when customers require them. SPA-ES is the nominated Spanish Distributor for Darlly Europe. Whilst limited quantities of a large range of filters are kept in stock at the warehouse in Spain, SPA-ES is able to supply bulk quantities of filters to trade clients at much reduced prices.
