Mifa specialises in extrusion of magnesium and aluminium profiles. We produce fully-finished precision products with dimensional tolerances from ±0.02mm. This level of aluminium extrusion precision means unprecedented possibilities. It gives enormous freedom in design, without the restrictions of standard specifications. We extrude a comprehensive range of standard and non-standard aluminium extrusions from ø3mm to ø180mm. In addition to producing aluminium and magnesium extrusions, we supply powder coating or anodising in a wide range of colors and finishes and perform cutting, punching and CNC machining operations. For specific precision products Mifa also has other techniques in house, such as mechanical fixing, bonding, soldering, welding, hermetic sealing, application of protective foil, bending, masking and painting. We are happy to take on the responsibility for the entire process when developing and producing aluminium and magnesium components. Our aluminium profiles are used in many different industries (i.a. aerospace, automotive, suspension, defence and medical equipment) and products. We focus on companies that demand high standards for quality, precision and freedom in design. Each market sets its own specific requirements for our extruded profiles. Mifa is a AS/EN 9100 certified company for the aviation- and aerospace industry. We are also certified with IATF 16949: 2016 (Surface Treatment) as well as ISO 9001: 2015.
