WE CHALLENGE THE STATUS-QUO EDACY is building an alternative to post-collegiate education to place graduates into high-value jobs. A unique program where universities and employers work together to produce skilled, employable talents that are automatically absorbed into the workplace. In partnership with EPFL -- Swiss Federal Institute of Technology and leading African universities, EDACY provides an 9 months full-time enterprise immersion where high-potential graduates learn technical, professional and career skills on the job and online, obtain accredited certificates, get placed at high-growth companies across Africa. EDACY combines Massive Open Online Course (MOOCs) with the Swiss dual-education model to accelerate skills in engineering and information technology. We pair top educational resources online with immersion at partner enterprises and academic supervision to train technical job-skills in Africa. Current Cohort: Senegal, Software Leadership, over 500 inscriptions, stage bootcamp, selection of 25 talents to be placed for immersion in one of our partner enterprises.
