Our factory dates from 1985 with electrical motor winding which we are using now in our churn machines. At the same time, we are the main OEM manufacturer in Turkey for several national or international brands in the field of Gas Cookers. We work with EU directives’ basis. We have CE certificates with C2 Modules; Conformity to type based on international production control plus supervised product checks at random interval certificate, and B Module; EU Type Examination-Production type certificate. All our products are manufactured meticulously and according to Domestic Gas Cooker 2016/426 EU Gas Appliance Directives. We export our products to more than 23 countries now. Our main customers are importers, importer/wholesaler and manufacturers that wishes to add to their product range the most requested models in the markets that they are strong, but they do not have the models in their production range. The part an OEM manufacturing firm plays is purely the manufacturing aspect and allows both companies to benefit from each other’s strengths. One is expert in manufacturing one is expert in the market.

All tools and compounds are being produced inhouse. In our product range, we have got 500 different types of part and every of their tools were built in our company. All of our compounds are approved by FIAT and also some of them are approved by Renault. Our main customers are FIAT, Yazaki, Delphi, Dytech, Renault. In our workshop, all of our machines are injection moulding machines. We produce 5, 200, 000 pcs per month. Our compound usage is 1, 5 ton rubber per day. In our accredited Laboratory, we are capable of doing all tests regarding rubber production. Our Laboratory is approved by FIAT. On 2010 Fıat company was awarded us with the BEST SUPPLIER award.
