When casting is done, heat treatment and shot blasting could be done within the facility. Our lab consists main test equipments such as spectrometer, metal microscope, mechnical testing machines and also sand test equipments. Mainly our productions are medium-high alloyed steel castings, heat resistant refractory steels and stainless steel from small to large volumes with un-machined or machined conditions. Centrifugally casted pipes rollers, bi-metallic products and liners can be provided up to; Ø800 mm OD and 6.000 mm length in horizontal centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø700 mm OD, 700 mm length total weight 550 kg vertical centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø1.000 mm OD, 1.000 mm length total weight 8.000 kg vertical centrifugal casting 1x up to Ø1.800 mm OD, 2.000 mm length. We also supply open die forging parts. Forged parts can be supplied from 2500 kg, 4300 kg and 7200 kg ingots in special alloys according to customer specifications. Upon requirements, Argon Oxygen Decarburising Converter (AOD) is used to further eliminate undesired elements in the steel as well as to minimize the dissolved gases such as O, N and H for the parts under 5 tons single piece. AOD secures low carbon (<0, 010) , low sulphur (<0, 003) , and low hydrogen (<2 ppm) for speciality alloy castings used in high demanding applications such as offshore, energy, defence, heavy-lifting and mining. Third party inspector service from international auditing companies such as BV, GL, DNV... during or after production period is provided according to customer request.

BAF Metal Parts Co. Established in 1981 for producing sand casting parts and turning machining service to its local customers. BAF Metal start to produce different kind of sand casting automotive, machine parts. Our main products were brake drums, brake discs, wheel hubs, axle parts, trailer parts, machine parts.In 2005 we start to produce forged bolt and nuts with our CNC machining facilities. We use our sand casting expertise to produce high quality and long life forging parts. In the same year we start to export our products to Middle East and European countries and now we export our products more than 20 countries all over the world.
