Konsan produces sticky pastal and pattern papers for computer aided pattern preparation systems used by the entire clothing industry. Sticky plotting papers can stick to all types of fabric by ironing after drawing the patterns on them either with computer systems or hand (pen). Based on these drawings, the fabric is cut and then paper on these fabric pieces are removed easily without requiring the use of any material.In this process, it is required for paper glue to not harm the fabric in any way. Products that have this technology whose chemical formulation is hard to achieve are only produced by 4-5 producers including Konsan in the world. These papers are sold as rolls with widths changing from 81 cm to 212 cm. The plotter papers are produced as plain and the design papers are produced as marked at specific intervals to facilitate working with hand. Phosphatization (55-65 °C, pH=4.8-5.5)3. Three stage rinse ( different conductivity levels). Painting; Eco-friendly primer coating is applied at 160°C, with water based epoxy ester paint. Then it is subjected to high quality powder painting process. In painted radiators RAL9016 which is at European Standart, has been applied at 180°C.
