Our group of companies have been producing and exporting natural emery grains for grit blasting, dry shake hardener, abrasives production, metal polishing, factory floors, roads, bridges, airport highways for anti-slip and anti abrasion applications, safe production, in fepa standarts between f5 upto f320 as well as 5-8 mm, 3-5 mm, 2-5 mm, 1-3 mm, 0, 5-2 mm etc. Natural emery grains grits 24, 30, 36, 46 and 60 can be used in cutting and grinding discs production as substitude to fused brown aluminium oxide as 30% of total al.Oxide that can make the products cost effective against rivals. The other fepa standart emery grits are also used together with fused aluminium oxide for cost effectiveness by the abrasive producers. The group's other line of production is marble, terrazo tiles and granite polishing abrasives in types of frankfurt magnesite, velox and synthetic bonded as well as mm.300 Plates and 100x50x50 mm rectangular prisms. Frankfurt type of 5 extra, 10 extra and 20 extra polishing abrasives as well as 5 extra fickert polishing abrasive are also produced and exported by our group. The 3rd line of our group is emery articial millstones production which have been produced between mm.200 Upto 1200 sizes since 1952. The vertical and horizantal grinding mills for cereals flour, spices, coffee, animal feed, salt etc are also produced and exported.

We produce and export emery grains for sandblasting, metal and ship scrapping, abrasiv materials production, emery blue cloth production, rice milling, artificial emery millstones, dry shake hardener, marble polishing abrasives etc. The emery production is made with state of the art tertiary crushing that enables emery grains produced in cubic shaped. The cubic shape gives the grits more abrasiveness, more sharpness and because of that more life time is achieved with our Erastone Brand Emery. Packing is made in 25/50 kg bags that are re-packed on shrink wrapped and heat treated pallets according to ISPM 15. Wè can also pack The grains in loose big bags on pallets . Shipments are made from Izmir port to anywhere in the world. Emery ore used in our factory has got 65% aluminium oxide content. It has not got free silica and so that can be used perfectly as BFA substitude without causing illness.
