All production tools are manufactured in-house with CAD/CAM support. There are more than 5, 000 different items within current range of products, including rotary shaft seals with shaft diameters varying from 4.5 mm (3/16”) to 960 mm (37 13/16”) made of NBR, FKM, VMQ, ACM and PTFE; hydraulic-pneumatic seals made of polyurethane and rubber; and various plastic and rubber parts. The company is well capable of collaborating with OEM technical staff, extending complete sealing solution offers, complying with PPAP requirements, running on-site diagnostics, and providing training on field. SUPTEK A.S. is an ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certified company with complementary OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Rubber is formulated and produced in-house.
