With a team of ten people, the Gros-Chêne cheese factory produces more than thirty different cheeses made from raw organic sheep and cow milk, as well as raw goat milk (organic or not), sourced from farms in the region. From hard cheeses to soft cheeses, pressed cheeses, bloomy rinds, blue cheeses, and fresh cheeses, the artisanal creations cater to all tastes.

Thanks to its cheesemaking expertise inherited from the Trappist Monks, the Rochefort Cheese Factory will enable your customers to prepare delicious cheese spreads with Young and Semi-Aged cheeses.
