Tim Zabell has been in the air conditioning, heating and pool heating business on the Costa del Sol since 1986 when he and his father, Gerald Zabell founded ACAIR, now the longest-established foreign-owned air conditioning company on the Coast. Tim is Cities & Guilds qualified in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) specialising in refrigeration. Over the years they have handled tens of thousands of installations, the vast majority of them in private homes although some large projects have also been handled, such as air conditioning several banks, a residential-shopping centre and hotels as well as pool heating in some large residential complexes.
