J.H. Currently, our manufacturing team consists of 390 employees divided across Germany, Hungary and China. In addition to synthetic fibres such as PET and PP, technical fibres such as glass and oxidised polyacrylonitrile are used. Depending on requirements, Ziegler fleeces can be water-repellent (hydrophobic), oil-repellent (oleophobic), flame-retardant and/or have insulating properties. They can be laminated with foam, leather, fabric, spun-bonded fleece, film or a number of other materials. We are certified in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OEKO TEX Standard 100.

In this process, we use tile blocks as a sustainable material for construction. Tile is nature's own material, whose history dates back to the Middle Ages. The reasons for the brick's great importance as a building material are many. As a material, bricks have ethical values and, as a ceramic material, have great compressive strength, porosity, low weight and a good insulating ability against cold, heat and sound. Scanoton brick blocks consist of nature's own materials, clay, sand and water, and are fired at approx. 940 degrees C. They therefore in no way contain toxins or emit harmful fumes. Tile blocks are easy to work with.
