We produce elegant, unique high quality Ring and openend yarn with different blends. The high flexibity is the strength of the company that allows us to play in different markets; weavers, circular knitters, home textiles, flat knitters, velvet. We produce 1.500 tons of yarn every month and we export our yarn to 20 different countries. Karacasu has also been involved in promoting a global sustainable economic model based on fundamental principes like environment protection, social empowerment, safety at work and respect fort he people. We produce sustainable, ecological and organic, antibacterial yarns. Please see below the yarn counts that we produce; Different blended yarns like Cotton, Linen, Hemp, Lenzing Viscose, Acrylic, Pes, Lenzing Modal, Tencell, Refibra, Bamboo, Naia fiber which is called artifical silk, Wool, Fancy. We have sustainable fibers. We can produce recycled polyester yarn, fiber provided by German company Advansa. We have GRS certificate. We also produce recycle cotton yarn. Ring Carded and Combed, Organic Cotton Yarn with Gots certificate, Slub yarn and Openend Yarn Ne 3/1 - 40/1 OPEN END for weaving and knitting Ne 6/1 - 24/1 RING COMBED-CARDED for weaving and knitting (We sell mostly blended yarns at Ring) We have TFO twisting machines. Our twisting capacity is 12 tons per day. We can produce Syro Yarn.
