Grønagergård Sawmill produces boards, battens and posts of Danish wood in different types of wood. “A tree trunk is like a pig: It has two tenderloins, which are used for e.g. patio boards, cladding, building timber, horse boxes and garden furniture. The rest is used for pallets and wooden packaging. ” - Quote Jan Kristensen. The wood is sold to institutions and industry, and close to a third of the production is sold to private individuals, such as garden furniture, planters, raised beds, self-assembling compost bins, playhouses, shelters and hunting towers that are made in the sawmill's joinery. Holiday House contains a Twin Room, a Triple Room and a kitchen. Twin Room is perfect for couples getaway. Authentic Lithuanian rural interior makes this room very cozy. Satellite TV, various board games and many interesting books will make sure Your stay in Taparynė won't become boring even on the rainiest days. If it's necessary, one additional bunk bed is placed. The kitchen is just behind the doors. Triple Room - spacious upper floor room has 3 separate beds and enough space to put 2 additional bunk beds. Simple interior design, two big windows and a lot of sun creates a very relaxing and peaceful environment. Cozy little kitchen has all the inventory you could need: big fridge, a lot of different kitchenware, coffee maker and etc. The best part is - You don't need to do Your dishes! We collect and wash them for You. Sauna bedroom - situated on the second floor of the sauna building, this room has 5 separate, hand-made beds, 2 closets, it's own fridge and is perfect for small groups of friends. Has small balcony with a river-view. If necessary - couple of bunk beds could be placed. Our sauna is special - built in authentic Lithuanian style, it is a mix of Finnish sauna and Russian sauna.
