Assembled PC-boards: We assemble SMT components down to the smallest sizes, fine-pitch assemblies, BGA and Flip Chip. Fully automated high-speed assembly lines, semi-automated lines and manual assembly stations are available. Sensors and modules: Kolektor Siegert GmbH develops, produces and supplies sensor cells, sub modules and complete sensor systems using thick film and PCB technology for different parameters and areas of application.
