DOMAINE F.JAUBERT lies primarily in the commune of Ponteilla, in the centre of the Aspres in Roussillon. It extends over around 35 hectares, with a dozen or so hectares on the silty-clay and limestone soils of the Pliocene. The remaining 25 hectares are spread across the terraces of the Quaternaire, rocky soil with quartz pebbles and shale fragments. The eleven varieties of grape grown provide a great diversity of wines, from the more endemic, such as Grenache, Carignan and Muscat, to others that are less common in the Roussillon, such as Merlot, Chardonnay and Alicante Bouschet. Located in the commune of Puy-Sainte-Réparade, between the Luberon department and the Mediterranean Sea, just 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, our breath-taking estate covers 60 hectares of woodland and 35 hectares of wines at an altitude of 250 metres. Our vines are planted in a limestone-clay soil and worked with the utmost care using organic farming principles, to allow them to fully express the potential of this outstanding location. Our wines are made in the traditional manner and matured on the lees with lengthy cold fermentation, careful management of oxygenation and temperatures and limited use of sulphites other inputs. Our company is a family-owned business, established in 2014 in London by its director Lucilda Stewart, who is a former lawyer. The company rebranded with a name change in 2018. We have two excellent ranges produced by a century-old family vineyard in the Navarro and La Rioja regions in Spain. The regions are well known for their excellent Reds. Our other range is produced by a family-owned, renowned and an award-winning vineyard in Mendoza, Argentina. Our label design is derived from the crest of our Scottish surname. The Stewart Clan Crest features a pelican feeding her young in its nest. The Latin motto on the crest reads Virescit vulnere virtus, which translates to "Courage grows strong at a wound". The curious thing about the pelican on the crest is that it is not an animal native to Scotland. It is thought that Scottish crusaders saw them during their journeys to the Holy Land. Earlier versions of the crest would portray the pelican as feeding her young from the blood of her own chest, symbolizing self-sacrifice and putting the motto into great perspective. The crest was why the pelican wing was incorporated into our label design.

Today, our family vineyard covers 25 hectares strategically located across some of the finest terroirs of Macon and northern Beaujolais. DOMAINE LA GOUJONNE

The Kraus & Fils GAEC, an association of producers, was founded in 1994. Sitting 25 kilometres apart, the merger of two family vineyards created Domaine La Goujonne, 35 hectares producing PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Côtes de Provence and Coteaux Varois en Provence wines. With the passage of time, the domaine grew in size and sales increased. In 2016, Domaine La Goujonne acquired the remaining family-owned parcels adjacent to the Vicari bastide, extending the domaine by a further 20 hectares. Domaine La Goujonne is now certified organic, after a 3-year conversion process audited by ECOCERT to ensure that products and practices meet the required standards. The domaine has always worked to grow grapes in a rational way that respects the environment. We prefer working the soil and cooperating with livestock farmers rather than using weed killers. We use minimal phytosanitary treatments, and only ever use the correct insecticide-free products that have been certified and recommended. Domaine La Goujonne is well aware that the public today holds food industry professionals to far higher standards than ever before. TWINS WINE HOUSE IN NAPAREULI

The winery is named for the twin brothers who own the winery. Twins Wine Cellar welcomes large groups and provides many activities for visitors.In 1994, Gia and Gela opened the first modern Georgian winery to bottle a qvevri wine. Twins Wine Cellar in Napareuli opened in a previously built winery. The winery has many qvevris, handmade clay pots inserted in the ground where wines are fermented and aged. A large room has 48 qvevris while another room has 15 qvevris of various sizes. Altogether the winery has 107 qvevris.Twins Cellar has 20 hectares of vineyard with a concentration of Rkatsiteli. They also purchase grapes. Current production is 300, 000 bottles plus some bulk wines. Most of the vineyards are located a few kilometers from the winery but the winery also has a Saperavi vineyard onsite.Special techniques are used when making the qvevri wines including cleaning the qvevri with a white cherry bark brush attached to a pole and burning sulfur inside the qvevri prior to placing grapes in the qvevri. The wine labels for Twins Wine Cellar note, “God gave us the wines and its tradition. We have to care about the wine and the vineyards because wine is alive. When we open the qvevri it is like the sun rising.”Qveris Mze is made in qvevri. The wine is made from Rkatsiteli grapes. The wine was a gold color and fermented in qvevri for two to three weeks. Post fermentation maturation was for 10 days. The qvevris are closed for 6 or 7 months and usually in March the wine is pumped
