Our valves are manufactured in-house and matched to the characteristics and pressures of your application. Our valves are full lift safety valves and can be spring loaded or pilot operated. All our valves are supplied set to your required working pressure up to a maximum of 4,000 bar and flow rates up to 4,700 l/min. Two versions of spring-loaded safety valves, even ATEX compliant The simpler high pressure valves have a rotatable bypass connection to dispose of leaking fluid. Pilot operated valves require a block flange. Like all other KAMAT products, these are ATEX compliant and can be manufactured in special materials to suit the medium being pumped.

The sliding gate control valve type 8044 in short design with piston actuator and integrated positioner is due to its compact design universally applicable for neutral and aggressive media in the chemical industry, process engineering and plant design. Due to the direct and backlashfree installation of the positioner on that piston actuator, these valves have no exposed moving parts and are characterized by a high control quality and control dynamics. This series comprises valves with two connections that are operated by an electric motor. They are characterized by the fact that the valve stroke can be adjusted steplessly and held in place by a motor using a setpoint signal (420 mA or 010 V). This makes this series particularly suitable for precise dosing applications, as the servo motor reliably processes setpoint deviations of 1%.

The GEMÜ 539 2/2-way globe valve has a hollow shaft actuator and is electrically operated. The eSyDrive hollow shaft actuator can be operated as an OPEN/CLOSE actuator or as an actuator with integrated positioner or process controller. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. A wiper ring fitted in front of the gland packing protects the seal against contamination and damage.
