iBird® Pro (IoT supporting blind rivet setting tool)

The angle head 90° is designed for use in very narrow and confined spaces. The rugged design makes it possible to set blind rivets with a high setting force even in working areas that are difficult to access. The angle head 90° can set standard blind rivets with a diameter up to 6.4 mm in all materials and 8 mm in aluminium with a setting force up to 20 kN. The smallest edge distance is 15 mm, the head length 110 mm. The 17/45 WK nosepiece is included in the scope of delivery as standard. Nosepieces from 17/18 to 17/40 can also be used with the angle head 90°; however, this depends on the working range of the respective tool type (AccuBird® Pro, PowerBird® Pro or PowerBird® Pro Gold Edition). The PowerBird® Pro Gold Edition is even more powerful. Thanks to the brushless motor and the setting force of 20,000N, it is even able to set G-Bulb® and PolyGrip® blind rivets up to Ø 6.4 mm of all materials. In order to set particularly long rivets, the stroke has been increased by 25% to 25 mm. Even faster, almost no wear Because brushes that are susceptible to wear are no longer used, the motor of the PowerBird® Pro Gold Edition has an extremely long service life with almost no wear for the highest setting rate. The unparalleled ergonomics of the tried-and-tested TAURUS® series are now also available on the Power-Bird® Pro Gold Edition, guaranteeing fatigue-free work. Blind rivets from Ø 4.8 mm steel to Ø 6.4 mm of all materials, up to Ø 8 mm for aluminium. BULB-TITE® blind rivets up to Ø 7.7 mm, all materials. With the brushless motor and 13,000 N setting force, the AccuBird Pro is extremely fast and sets blind rivets up to 6 mm diameter of all materials. The BLDC motor of the AccuBird Pro is extremely durable and almost wear-free. The optional autoreverse function additionally shortens the pulling process and the AccuBird Pro is ready to work again immediately. The AccuBird Pro is also equipped with the low-wear chuck jaw system that has already proven itself thousands of times over. The pressure release ensures that the components to be riveted lie reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process. Furthermore, it is ensured that the blind rivet reaches its final position in the bore before the setting process and that the setting head is in contact. The pressure force can be variably adjusted by springs, depending on the application. In addition, you can now get the AccuBird® Pro with the new CAS battery - one battery for operating more than 180 cordless tools!

It's small, it's fast, it's nimble! And that's not all. The new Birdie® from GESIPA is the smallest and lightest battery-powered blind riveting tool in its performance class. Plus it has an ergonomic design with a balanced centre of gravity and a non-slip, handy handle. Fatigue-free working comes built in! What’s more, the riveting tool covers a wide range of applications: with a setting force of 10,000 N and a tool stroke of 25 mm, the Birdie® makes light work of setting blind rivets with a diameter of up to 5 mm in all materials.
