Choquenet offers the latest generation of carbonator boilers with richter tube technology. A traditional boiler must have a pumping system to allow the recycling of the gas and limed juice (at least 15 times the incoming flow) in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture. The Choquenet technology, on the other hand, makes it possible to obtain a homogeneous carbonated juice without a pumping system, but by simply injecting the CO2 internally via the richter tubes. In addition, the permanent cleaning system of the gas injection part avoids the recurrent opening of the boilers and thus limits production stoppages. Our technology allows a gain in productivity, a more homogeneous mixture for a better filterability, a lower consumption of reagents and thus to reduce the operating and maintenance costs.

BLUE Activated carbon Filters are used in Air Handling Units, Ventilating Systems, Chemical processes as deodorisation and purification of the air. Manufactured and supplied with 8 or 16 groups. Depending on customer request, all combinations ara available. Cartridge diameter is 140 and 160 mm. Cartridge length can be 250, 400, 500, 600 mm on request. Cartridge can be delivered as filled or empty. Material : Black powder painted as standard Galvanized or Stainless Steel as option Activated Carbon Features: Total surface area>900 m2/g, Bulk density:500 Kg/m3. Included centrifugal double exhaust fan with direct driven motor, Ø140x400 mm activated carbon filter and washable G4 filter. Structural shape aluminium frame, zinc-plate panel with noise reduction and flame poof insulating material. 3 types are available Stainless Steel panel is available.

Aero Carb V model filters are made up of activated carbon media, close pleated and bonded to a rigid V shaped construction in anticrash polystyrene frame. These filters operate with no carbon shedding, with very low pressure drop and are incinerable. A combination of synthetic media and activated carbon ensured higher degree of filtration efficiency.

Aero Carb H filters are disposable type panel carbon filters. They are made up of honeycomb construction with activated carbon granules filled in. Casings are made up of metal or plastic. These filters could remove odor in heavy duty applications. A choice of media selection is available.
