Partial Rotation Angle Damping torque 2.45 to 3.92 N･m The lifetime of TD22 can be ensured up to 100,000 cycles thanks to the zinc die-cast outer body. TD22 torque typically fluctuates from low to high. If necessary, we can customize and adjust the damping behavior to your requirement.

Seatrest and Backrest are manufactured from polyurethane material in aluminum molds which are designed in accordance to the human anatomy and have the standart of 50 ± 10% densty and Mvss 302 fire behaviour.Seatrest and Backrest have a durable inner skeleton made of metal profile. Seatrests are manufactured as to have self-closing mechanism with a weight-centered mechanism. Foot and Armrest The foot connection parts are manufactured from 40x60x1,5 profile and the connection parts to the floor are made of at least 2 mm sheet which is shaped and formed by molds. Metal frame under armrest are covered with mdf and laminated fabric. Plastic cup holder armrests have resistant to impact and they are fix on the metal frame. Armrests between the seats are used as a common and seats are fixed to the ground with 2 feet.

The tribune chair is in a orthopedic structure and the session is comfortable. It is colored with quality paints to be resistant to sun rays. The stadium seat is mounted on the tribune with 4 fastening screws. After assembly, the screws are covered with plastic covers and hidden. There is a water drain hole on the plastic chair.
