The TEC 20 form, fill and seal machine enables the production of bags made of polyethylene film from a flat film roll. The film can be neutral or coloured, with continuous printing or centred printing with print mark. The design of the machine and the low loading height allow ergonomic adaptation to a manual feeding station or easy connection to a feeding unit, such as an automatic counter, an automatic weighing system, an automatic assembly machine, an injection moulding machine, a conveyor belt or similar.

Tecnimodern's slanted or vertical form fill and seal machines with very low loading height allow the production of polyethylene or polypropylene film bags from a flat film roll. The film can be neutral or coloured, with continuous printing or centred with print mark. These TEC30 packaging machines have the advantage that they can be equipped with either a thermal sealing system for heat-sealed films or an impulse sealing system for polyethylene films, depending on requirements. The TEC 06 form fill and seal machine uses standard polyethylene, biodegradable oxo sleeves or biodegradable sleeves (starch-based). The TEC 06 is particularly suitable for the production of display bags. The sealing head simultaneously performs the top seal of the pouch and the bottom seal of the next pouch, a cut is made between the two welds, and at the same time a pre-cut is made across one thickness of the sleeve to form a "kangaroo pocket" that allows the pouch to be filled. As this pocket is firmly connected to the spool, slippage is not possible, so that the weld seams subsequently run perfectly parallel. The TEC 55 was developed to meet the demand for high throughput rates. Due to the high flexibility of the FFS packaging machine it can be adapted to different customer requirements. For example, pillow bags and gusset bags can be produced with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5kg and 50kg. Additional perforation of the bags is also possible. The SYSTEM-T stands out due to its modern design and a very sturdy and compact construction. Accessibility, generous clearance, long maintenance intervals and low maintenance costs were of major importance in the development of this machine. For example, the large doors offer easy access to all areas and important parts and cable connections are protected from corrosive and aggressive dust by stainless steel housings.

The ACROPAC is a fully automatic bagging machine with a production capacity of up to 600 bags per hour. Hence, this open-mouth bagging machine is ideal for those who want to change from manual/semi-automatic packaging to fully automatic packaging and/or require low capacity. Whether plastic pellets, animal feed, fertilizer or food, the ACROPAC is ideal for packaging free-flowing bulk materials. Due to the high flexibility of the machines, pillow bags and gusset bags with a filling weight between 10 kg and 50 kg can be filled. The bags can be made of woven PP, PE or paper. In order to meet special requirements, the machine is also available in a stainless steel execution and can be equipped for powdery products.

SEALING MACHINE/BAGGING MACHINE MOD. SUPER - FOR MASSIVE PRODUCTS Machine consists of a loading tube on which a tubular film with a width of 50 cm is fitted. and a manually operated sealing bar. The loading tube is slightly inclined and facilitates the sliding of the product inside the film, without causing sudden falls. By lowering the sealing bar a perfectly sealed bag is obtained and at the same time the bottom of the next bag is created, a hot cutting system separates the two packages. The SUPER bagging machine can be positioned at the entrance barriers of hypermarkets, supermarkets, shopping centers, to reduce theft, small objects but it is also widely used for packaging technical items, clothing, linen, etc.

Our product portfolio includes three manual bagging machines for open-mouth bags: SCALPAC-G, SCALPAC-B, SCALPAC-S. All three bagging systems are designed for up to 1200 bags per hour and differ only in the used net weighers. Depending on the product to be filled, a net weigher with gravity, belt or screw feeding is used. Prefabricated open-mouth bags made of woven PP, PE or paper are attached to the filling clamp and fixed by an employee. As soon as the bag is fixed, the weighed product flows into the bag. A conveyor belt transports the filled bag to a bag closing machine, which sews, seals or hot-glues the bag depending on the material. For free-flowing bulk materials, a net weigher with gravity feeding is selected. Moderately flowing products are fed via a belt feeder. For fine and powdery products, the screw feeder is best suited.

As the name suggests, the FFS-Combi Version of the open-mouth bagging machines has an additional FFS module, allowing bags not only to be used from the bag magazine but also to be produced from tubular film. The CERTOPAC and PRINCIPAC open-mouth bagging machines are available as FFS-Combi Versions. The additional FFS module is also available for the CIRCUPAC bagging carousel. The changeover from the bag magazine to the production of bags from the tubular film is simple and convenient on the operating panel. The filling process is identical for both variants. The bags are either separated from the bag magazine or produced from tubular film and conveyed to the pick-up station. There the bag is put onto the filling spout, filled, and placed on the conveyor belt. From there it is transported to the bag closing machine, which sews, seals, or glues the bag depending on the material.

The Twin Version of the open-mouth bagging machine combines two bag placers and two filling stations in one machine. Two STATEC BINDER high-performance net weighers ensure that the product is precisely dosed and weighed. When the required weight is reached, the weigh hopper opens and the product flows into the attached bag at the filling spout. A high-performance bag closing machine enables fast sewing, sealing, or gluing of the bags. The high performance of the Twin Version is achieved by always separating two bags simultaneously, transporting them to the pick-up station, fixing them onto the filling spout, filling them, and placing them on the conveyor belt. The bags are then transported one after the other to the bag closing machine. For example, the PRINCIPAC-Twin can handle up to 2400 bags per hour with a filling weight between 10 kg and 50 kg.

The SYSTEM-F, a fully automatic vertical form-fill-seal packaging machine, produces pillow bags and gusset bags with or without carrying handle and a filling weight between 5 kg and 50 kg from flat film. The System-F is particularly ideal for packaging powdery and moderately free-flowing products. Thanks to an adjustable format set, different package sizes can be produced. The format and/or production can be changed by one person in just a few minutes. This is made possible by a rotating magazine, which is installed directly on the machine and holds several format sets of different sizes ready at all times. The vertical FFS packaging machine impresses with its compact design and low space requirement. Further options allow this bagging machine to be adapted to a wide range of requirements.
