Les fibres optiques de la série Optorange sont développées et fabriquées en interne par SNT. Elles sont utilisées pour le comptage, la détection et le contrôle dans des espaces restreints et/ou des conditions environnementales sévères. Elles sont disponibles en standard avec des sections de 0.2 à 6 mm² sur des longueurs comprises entre 250 et 5000 mm. Elles fonctionnent avec les cellules photoélectriques SNT. L’utilisation de fibres optiques permet la détection de petits objets dans des espaces restreints. L’amplificateur étant séparé de la tête de détection, celle-ci est de faible dimension. La durée de vie et la robustesse des fibres optiques en verre sont beaucoup plus grandes que pour les fibres en plastique. Leur plus faible coefficient d’atténuation autorise des longueurs de fibres plus importantes. RECOVIB Feel has been designed for performing an immediate vibratory analysis. It is connected to an Android device or tablet PC via a USB connection. The supplied application enables the streaming of real-time vibration data on a chart in the time domain and in the frequency domain. While streaming, it is possible to record vibration data in order to replay it in a data viewer, on your smartphone or your PC. The viewer allows for a detailed analysis of the vibrations recorded in the time domain and in the frequency domain. Various signal processing options are available high-pass, low-pass and band-pass filters, integrator filters (velocity mode) and dual-integrator filters (displacement mode). The Recovib.Monitor devices are industrial grade multi-purpose acquisition and monitoring systems. They provide a full embedded solution for connecting up to eight sensors (current loop, IEPE, single-ended/differential voltage) to a hardware platform that can acquire process, store and display data in several ways. They can either stream sensor’s raw data to a local machine or send secured messages to the Recovib.io platform. In that mode, they can be remotely configured and customized to fit customer’s needs. The Structural Health Sensors combine a 2-axis accelerometer with a temperature sensor. Their enhanced internal surge protection and electromagnetic interference immunity make them particularly suitable for the permanent monitoring of outdoor tall structures. The Structural Health Sensors can perform measurements in extreme conditions ranging from -40°C to +85°C. They are of course dust and watertight to IP66. ULTRASense is a compact, airborne ultrasound sensor that connects directly to specific SDT instruments via a direct coupled LEMO7 input. It’s primary design and function is to detect sources of airborne ultrasound including positive and negative pressure leaks, electrical partial discharge, mechanical defects in belt drives, chain drives, and direct coupled shafts. ULTRASense detects signals generated by T-Sonic1 and T-Sonic9 ultrasound transmitters and is therefore applicable to tightness inspections.

With the SDT340 or the ULTRAChecker, the AIRSense can be used for close and mid-range airborne ultrasound and is compatible with the precision indicator set as well as the Extended Distance Sensor. AIRSense is an optional accessory for both ultrasound devices. This new sensor adds a mid-range solution for airborne ultrasound detection for both the SDT340 and ULTRAChecker (FLEX2 for short range and ParaDish2 for long range with SDT340 only). The AIRSense detection range varies from 0-20 feet/0-6 meters and up to 50 feet/15 meters when the EDS cone is attached.

Screwed onto the internal sensor of the SDT ultrasonic sensors, this accessory significantly increases the sensitivity of the sensor and thus facilitates the detection of ultrasound at a distance of 50 feet /15 meters, maintaining the required level of accuracy.

The Flexible Sensor is designed to make airborne ultrasound detection as easy as possible. This sensor is mounted to the end of a flexible, metal tube. Compatible with both the SDT270 and the SDT200, the Flexible Sensor bends, allowing you to shape the tube to fit your needs.

This sensor connects with the Acoustic Lube Adaptor for condition-based re-lubrication of motor bearings. It also integrates with mounting pads and a magnetic mount for when drilling is not desirable.

The ParaDish2 works with the SDT270 and the SDT200. It makes long-distance ultrasonic detection possible, allowing you to hear ultrasound waves from more than 300 feet/91 meters away. It’s equipped with an optical viewfinder and integrated laser pointer.

CONMONSense delivers precise, repeatable data about the health of your assets and electrical systems also in the most challenging environment. Its resonant piezo element is optimized for ultrasound driven lubrication, mechanical fault detection, and monitoring the health of valves, steam, hydraulic systems and electrical defects. Ultrasound is a true measure of the FITness of your facility. Most assets produce FRICTION, IMPACTING, and TURBULENCE as defect indicators. CONMONSense hears these phenomena at their inception and delivers an analog signal response to your connected measurement system. With an output range from 4-20mA or from 0-10V, CONMONSense mounts permanently to any asset to provide continuous condition monitoring data. Avoid unplanned downtime and put the safety of your plant and colleagues first.

This self-calibrating CO2 sensor measures CO2 as well as temperature, relative humidity and ambient light conditions. It needs a 24 VAC supply voltage. This sensor can also directly control an EC-fan, AC fan speed controller or frequency inverter. It has 1 single analogue / modulating output depending on the highest measured value for temperature, humidity or carbon dioxide. If you only want to use it for measuring CO2, you can deactivate the temperature or humidity measurement. The FCMFX-series are available for different types of supply voltages such as 24 VDC, 24 VAC/VDC or 230 VAC. All version have 3 LEDS on the frontpanel showing whether the measured value is within or out of range. Additionally they are available in a version with audible alert. All parameters are accessible via Modbus RTU. This sensor doesn't need to be configured. Once installed it's ready for use.

The RECOVIB® industrial accelerometers bridge the gap between the performance of laboratory accelerometers (which are often expensive, fragile and offer low protection) and the robustness of industrial accelerometers (which are sometimes cheaper but often noisy and inaccurate). Our accelerometers can be deployed in industrial environments for monitoring machinery or structures. The RECOVIB® accelerometers are of proven design and the majority of the models available are widely used in a variety of fields, such as the machine tools, precision machining and on-shore and off-shore wind energy sectors in monitoring or active vibration control applications. INTERNAL SIGNAL CONDITIONING The signals from the vibration sensor are amplified and conditioned by the accelerometer unit itself before being passed to the data acquisition system through a disturbed industrial medium. Our accelerometers are equipped either with a voltage output or a 4-20 mA current output.
