The CN-8034 Ethernet/IP I/O module supports standard Ethernet/IP protocol access. The adapter supports a Max. input of 504 bytes and a Max. output of 504 bytes. The Semi-Automatic Cleaning Machine is designed for fully automatic robot manufacturing lines. This machine features an automatic opening and closing door. The workpiece to be cleaned from oil, coolant, chips, and other residues is loaded and unloaded by a robot. The cleaning process is semi-automatic. Inside the processing chamber, is placed an air gun as well as a spray gun. The workpiece table can easily be turned by hand to reach all areas of the workpiece. Unlike the Smart Clean Standard Model, the Smart Clean Advanced Model does not use chemical cleaning fluid that needs to be replaced when the washing function declines. The Smart Clean Advanced Model uses only water and evaporation technology to clean workpieces. A built-in recovery unit purifies the water and separates the oil or coolant so that the water can be reused in the process. Our Smart Clean basic model is designed to be integrated into fully automated manufacturing lines. Parts to be cleaned from oil, coolant, chips and other residues are placed in the cleaning process chamber by a robot. X-Y System with accurate nozzle array movement: Nozzles can be directly placed where undercuts, deep holes, or threads are. Different types of nozzle arrays can be individually activated or deactivated. The X Clean is designed for full automatic robot manufacturing lines with an End of Line automated CMM measuring station. The cleaning process includes spray cleaning to remove rough dirt and oil, ultrasonic application to remove dirt and particles in small pockets, cavities, and grooves. The X Clean provides soft cleaning and with precision by circulating the cleaning fluid in the process tank, then a final rinsing and drying of the workpiece.
