For the special requirements of your belt conveyor system, we manufacture for you drive pulleys, carrying idlers, throbbing drums, lift pulleys with or without internally located cone. With diameters up to max. 1,000 mm and lengths up to max. 4,500 mm, these are suitable for all types of belt conveyor system. All pulleys are turned cylindrically or spherically. The axle connections can be delivered in alternative designs with internal bearings, welded, with wedged connections or with clamping set shaft connections. Special designs such as stainless steel and/or friction linings (ceramic, rubber) and accessories (pedestal bearings) can be delivered upon request.

The high-performance sewing machine from STATEC BINDER stands for precise and reliable bag sealing of woven PP, paper or PE bags. Two different variants can be used for sewing the bags. On the one hand there is the straight-line bag infeed, in which the bag is fed to the sewing head by means of a belt drive and then sewn at the upper end. The second variant is the bag edge folding, in which the bag is folded at the upper end when it is pulled in and then sewn. In order to change from one system to the other, it is only necessary to replace a simple device. The bag to be sewn is fed to the sewing machine via one of the two variants mentioned above. Depending on the sewing speed and performance, the stitch length is between 7 and 12 mm. A cutter at the end cuts the thread. The sewing head is driven by a motor with frequency converter. A big advantage over the drive via belt pulleys is a more precise adjustment of the speed.

The bucket elevator is used for the vertical transportation of grains and powdered materials. This transportation is realized by the means of a belt with buckets. The bucket elevator consists of the top part, bottom part and elevator pipes. It is driven by a directly connected gear motor equipped with an electromagnetic brake. In case of a power failure or any breakdowns, the electromagnetic brake prevents the bucket elevator from rotating backwards and therefore damaging itself or the buckets. At the bottom cover, there is a pulley without drive and a tensioning mechanism. The speed guard installed at the bottom pulley informs the operator when the belt brakes.
