Our synchronous and asynchronous machines are distinguished by their high energy efficiency. The motors are reliable, safe to operate and robust. With our three-phase motors we offer special machines for almost any application. They are designed and built for the specific requirements of the respective drive application. We offer individually adapted motors – both in terms of electrical layout and mechanical design. We provide made-to-measure units, for example, for existing foundations or special bearings to absorb additional forces. The power network conditions on site are taken into account for the electrical layout to ensure that only minor voltage drops occur and a reliable run-up is guaranteed. Our portfolio comprises asynchronous motors with cage or slip-ring rotors as well as synchronous motors with brushless or static excitation.

We offer complete drive units as well as the motor control unit on its own. The FRIWO motor control unit is installed directly onto the motor. They work together to form one perfectly aligned system.

Davall DSG supply motors

The new direct-current motors with worm gear enable quiet and economically efficient operation with drylin® lead screw units. The worm wheel has a spline to which the drive pin of the linear unit is connected. As a result, a motor flange and coupling are unnecessary and, this taken in conjunction with the motor adapter angled by 90°, the structure of the linear module is very compact. Watercooled electric motors can be realised in any possible mechanical and electrical customised version. They can be realised in vacuum tight version for fan drive on thermal treating oven.

Unexcited synchronous motors Reluctance motors are used in textile machinery as drive for godets and spinning pumps. In general they are used in inverter application as single drive or group drive. Reluctance motors can be realised for any voltage/frequency ratio U/f. Speed >15.000min1 is possible. A great no. of variations concerning special shaft, flange bearing and housing is available. Reluctance motors are available for hazardous locations in flameproof design.
