We are pleased to announce our new Biodegradable Polypropylene film for applications including HFFS, VFFS and Overwrapping, and we will be one of the few companies offering this exciting new film. Our polypropylene film (HSF5112B) will decompose into a waxy like substance breaking down into CO2, water and biomass in outdoor terrestrial environments (including landfill) within a maximum of two years or sooner (subject to conditions). Using additives from Polymateria in the extrusion process enables the chain-breakdown of the base material whilst maintaining recyclability and product performance.
