The CS4398 is a complete stereo 24 bit/192 kHz digital-to-analog system. This D/A system includes digital deemphasis, half dB step size volume control, ATAPI channel mixing, selectable fast and slow digital interpolation filters followed by an oversampled multi-bit delta-sigma modulator that includes mismatch shaping technology that eliminates distortion due to capacitor mismatch. Following this stage is a multi-element switched capacitor stage and low pass filter with differential analog outputs. The CS4398 also has an proprietary DSD processor that allows for volume control and 50 kHz on-chip filtering without an intermediate decimation stage. It also offers an optional path for direct DSD conversion by directly using the multi-element switched capacitor array. The CS4398 accepts PCM data at sample rates from 32 kHz to 216 kHz, DSD audio data, has selectable digital filters, consumes little power, and delivers excellent sound quality.

The AN2000C Signal Conditioner & Display is designed to process and display signals coming from various types of transducers (weight, load, pressure, torque, etc.) that use standard strain-gauge bridges. It can also receive any signal within the range ±300mVDC coming from a shunt, a converter or any type of transmitter. The Conditioner provides selectable input ranges (max. ±300mV) and excitation voltages (5V, 10V) to accommodate cells of various types and sensitivities. Two programming methods allow scaling of the meter to operate in the desired engineering units. The basic instrument consists of a PCB assembly including the main board, the display and the power supply filter, to which the A/D conversion circuit and the input option are added. The airknife is constructed of extruded aluminium with incorporated mounting grooves. This design provides a precise air volume over the entire width of the airknife. In the airkife tube a high air pressure appears and is flowing out of the airknife narrow outflow opening. The anti-static bar produces positive and negative ions which are blown onto the surface by the airknife. The electrons will now be exchanged, which causes the surface to be neutralised and the impurities to be removed. For use in hazardous zones, the Typhoon with the P-Sh-N-Ex anti-static bar is approved. Airpressure sensor Each Typhoon system is supplied with an airpressure sensor wich can measure the air pressure inside the airknife. If the pressure drops under the required level, the system does not work optimal. A system check is then neccessary, often it appears that the air filter needs to be cleaned. Compared to conventional filtration processes, it achieves the lowest residual moisture values in the filter cake. This makes the membrane filter press a powerful and the most widely used system. IF TIME AND DEGREE OF DEWATERING ARE CRUCIAL Depending on the degree of dewatering, different dry matter contents ( – percentage by weight of dry material in filter cake) can be achieved in the filter cake by squeezing with membrane plates. The range of achievable dry matter contents extends from 30 to over 80 percent. Membrane filter presses not only offer the advantage of an extremely high degree of dewatering; they also reduce the filtration cycle time by more than 50 percent on average, depending on the suspension. This results in faster cycle and turnaround times, which lead to an increase in productivity.
