Gomastit Spiegelkleber is an elastic adhesive based on SMP. Adheres mirrors and coated glass perfectly on various construction materials inclusive plastics.

Gomastit 701 is a painting compatible sealant based on acrylic dispersion. Suitable for slight movement joints in interior and exterior use and repair of wall cracks. Adheres to absorbent construction materials such as concrete, wood and masonry.

Merbenit MB55 is a highstrength elastic adhesive. It adheres to various materials and surfaces and is particularly resistant to environmental influences. The adhesive fulfils the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). Merbenit MB55, which is easy to process and compatible with paints, offers a wide adhesion range, elasticity and high mechanical strength. The adhesive is adjustable with a high tolerance.

Gomastit 2001 and Gomastit 2017 are universal, elastic SMPbased sealants for indoor and outdoor use. They adhere extremely well to smooth and porous surfaces and are very low in emissions. The sealant is easy to process, has a long processing time and is compatible with paints. Gomastit 2001 and Gomastit 2017 were tested and approved for use in food production areas.

Gomastit 2005 is a selflevelling 1component casting compound. It is moisture curing and neutrally crosslinking. The product offers very good sealing properties and a wide adhesion range.

Gomastit 2025 is an elastic SMPbased sealant for parquet and connection joints for in and outdoor use. The sealant is grindable after three to five days and compatible with conventional parquet oils and sealants. Gomastit 2025 doesn’t leave any stains on the parquet.

Gomastit 2040 is an elastic SMPbased sealant and adhesive particularly suitable for universal use in the floor area. It cures quickly, adheres to many construction materials and offers excellent sealing properties, making this product a particularly universal one. Gomastit 2040 has been approved for use in food production areas. This sealant and adhesive is compatible with paints and easy to process.

Gomastit VG30 is an elastic SMP adhesive for the glazing of wooden, metal and plastic windows. It is especially resistant against UV and weather conditions. Gomastit VG30 is virtually odourless and easy to process. The sealant offers great compatibility with paints without paint flows. Gomastit VG30 has been tested and approved for use in food production areas and for ventilation systems.

Gomastit FireSeal MS 90 is an permanently elastic SMPbased joint sealant with a fire resistance of up to 120 minutes. Tested and classified for all joint orientations according to EN 13664. The paintcompatible and permanently elastic sealant with very low volume shrinkage meets the highest demands in the fire protection sector. The very low emissions allow safe application in interior areas.

Gomastit 400 is a truly universal sealant based on pure silicone used in the sanitary, plumbing and construction areas. It is great for movement and connection joints in various construction materials and for sealing windows. Gomastit 400 is mouldresistant, apart from being UV and weatherresistant.

Merbenit SK212 is an elastic adhesive with high initial tack and strength. It is especially suitable for bondings that require quick handling strength. The adhesive offers tremendous mechanical strength, excellent sealing properties and a quick curing speed. Merbenit SK212 is EuroNCAP and FMVSS 212certified with a driveaway time of 30 minutes. Merbenit SK212 FAST is suitable for powder and thermocoating and shortterm resistant to temperatures up to +200 °C. It bridges thermal expansion and material tension.

Gomastit parquet adhesive is an elastic MS hybrid adhesive for parquet, wood flooring and laminate. It adheres to various substrates even without a bonding agent and is free of solvents.

Merbenit ST40 is a sprayable, elastic adhesive with excellent sealing properties. This product allows for the efficient application of large area bondings. Merbenit ST40 offers a long tooling time, compatibility with paints and is noncorrosive on surfaces. This shock and vibration resistant product adheres to many materials. Furthermore, Merbenit ST40 is suitable for powder and thermocoating and short term resistant of up to +200 °C. The adhesive bridges gaps and cracks.

Merbenit DB50 is an elastic adhesive for large area bonding for boat and ship building. It is particularly resistant to environmental influences and fulfils the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). Merbenit DB50’s advantages include its high elasticity and mechanical strength, as well as its simple processing and long tooling time. The adhesive offers good ridge formation, a stable shape and does not run off inclined surfaces.

Colourless Adhesion Promoter on silane basis for SMP and silicone sealants. Adhesion Promoter V2 is universally usable for nonabsorbent substrates.

Black Glass Adhesion Promoter is a blackpigmented adhesion promoter especially for adhesion of car glass.

Transparent special adhesion promoter for SMP and silicone sealants on nonabsorbent and absorbent substrates.

Colourless Adhesion Promoter for SMP and silicone sealants, applicable on absorbent substrates.

Colourless Adhesion Promoter based on acrylatesiliconecopolymerises, particularly indicated to enhance adhesion of SMP and silicone sealants, applicable on absorbent substrates.

Merbenature is an especially resourcesaving sealant based on SMP. It consists of more than 50 % renewable raw material, is emissionfree and environmentally friendly. Merbenature is universally applicable in inner and outdoor areas and easy to handle.

Merbenit IA45 is a solventfree adhesive for application in very thin layers on one or both sides and which builds up strength quickly. It provides excellent adhesion, even on difficult plastics. The adhesive allows for easy processing and offers minimal shrinkage. This product helps to avoid the risk of deformation of thin assembly parts due to heat development during the curing process. The use of adhesion promoters is often not necessary when Merbenit IA45 is used.

Merbenit 2K60 is a permanently elastic twocomponent adhesive with extremely fast strength buildup and excellent adhesion properties, especially on plastics which are difficult to bond. Merbenit 2K60 is easy to process, compatible with paints and offers protection against corrosion. Furthermore, the adhesive is shock and vibration resistant, offers tremendous sealing properties and is noncorrosive on surfaces.

Merbenit 2K10, a twocomponent adhesive, achieves high strength regardless of the humidity. It adheres to various materials and surfaces, even if they are not breathable. Merbenit 2K10 has a long processing time, a chemically neutral curing system and is permanently elastic between 40 °C and + 90 °C. Furthermore, Merbenit 2K10 offers tremendous sealing properties with excellent resistance to weathering and ageing. The adhesive is virtually odourless and tolerance compensating.

With a density of 0.70 g/cm³, Merbenit E20 is 50% lighter than other products. This permanent elastic adhesive and sealant is suitable for many industry and automotive applications. Other special features are its vibration, noise and thermal insulation properties. Merbenit E20 is tolerance compensating, permanently elastic and tension equalizing.

Merbenit DC25 is an elastic sealant for the caulking of teak decks in ship building. Merbenit DC25 is in particular resistant to environmental influences and fulfils the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). Merbenit DC25 allows for easy processing, quick grinding and is compatible with paints. The sealant is characterised by a high elasticity, a high mechanical strength and a very wide adhesion range.

Merbenit UV27 is an elastic joint sealant that adheres to many materials, especially to selfcleaning glass. Merbenit UV27 fulfils the requirements of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO). The permanently elastic joint sealant is very resistant to UV radiation, ageing and environmental influences. Furthermore it is paintable as well as shock and vibrationresistant.

Merbenit PC200 is a shortterm high temperature resistant, fastcuring, elastic sealant and adhesive with especially high and fast strength buildup, even at low temperatures. The high temperature resistance up to 240 °C, allows for the elastic bonding of components which are exposed to shortterm high temperatures in the production procedure or at the end application. Furthermore, Merbenit PC200 is compatible with paints, is adjustable, has great sealing properties and is noncorrosive on surfaces.
