Inoxyda 90 and Inoxyda 3P aluminium bronze alloys have been developped specifically to meet corrosion resistance requirements in the manufacture of heat exchangers. Our specific in house process, enable to meet chemical and mechanical requirements of ASTM B 171 M C 63000. Our capabilities allow casting of plates up to diam 2 900 mm

With 15000 Kg melting capacities we can provide all large size / large thickness tubesheets in ASTM/ASME B171 C63000 grade. Tubesheets can be delivered "Rough Machined" or fully machined (including drillings, ready for assembly.

We manufacture channels, covers, floating heads and tubesheets in aluminium bronze (ASTM/ASME B148 C95800, C95400...). , delivered "as cast" , rough or fully machined according to customer specifications. Aluminium bronze is mainly used for applications using seawater and faced with sea water corrosion issues.
