ROLL LOADING SOLUTION GENERAL INFORMATION Load rolls directly from the ground using your hand or feet. Battery operated, forget about crank handles or foot pumps. We offer various electrical collectors ( also called slip ring). The threaded tube range ( for use with vertical axis at maximum speed 30 rpm) includes: PRP: 6-36 tracks 20A, 4-24 tracks 30A, 4-12 tracks 50A, IP51. PRS: 6-15 tracks 20A, 4-14 tracks 30A, 4-10 tracks 50A, IP55. PMS: 6-30 tracks 20A, IP55, air passage in option. The capsule collector range equipped with 3 to 56 tracks (2A/6A/8A/ETHERNET, 10A, 20A 250VAC), available in IP51 or IP55 versions, and radiofrequency versions (8 to 36 tracks) at a maximum of 500 rpm. The FASTON connection collector range has diameters of 32 to 70mm, 2-8 tracks (2A/5A/14A, 20A), 240VAC/DC or 400VAC/VDC, IP51 or IP55 versions, and can be driven up to a maximum of 400 rpm. Silent blocks are rubber parts placed between components that have only very small amplitude movements, to absorb vibrations and noise from machines equipped with motors. The grounding brush, otherwise known as an earth brush, ensures good continuity of grounding as well as cleaning the running tracks. Standard versions are available in rectangular 40A, 100A, and 220A. On request, we can offer models with higher capacities (400A) or round brushes in Ø42 or 60 mm. Standard brushes consist of brass plates and stainless steel wires, but we can also offer stainless steel brushes versions on request ( plates and wires). Note, this product is not suitable for explosive environments (ATEX).

ACIMEX is specialized in the manufacture of equipment fitted with suction cups which detect the weight, the diameter and the size of heavy loads in order to grip them in complete safety and so facilitate the production process. Using its know-how in custom design and manufacture, ACIMEX innovates constantly to create bespoke machines that meet the needs of each of its customers.
