Flavouring in powder form correspond to special preparations like pastries, or food supplements in powder. They should only be used when the liquid form presents a technical problem in your process. The concentrations are similar to liquid flavourings. Powder flavourings are not available in standard range but only for orders of 5 kg or more per product.

The sealing jaw can be produced in stainless steel, D2, bronze,… Blades can be straight with a beveled edge or square-edged “zig-zag” / bias edge zig zag. We also supply glow rod, temperature sensor and grub screw.

TYPE OF MACHINES : ROVEMA, BOSCH, HAYSSEN, SERMATEC, OMORI, ULMA, …. With or without recoating, our serrated knives have adjustable teeth to suite your needs. To provide a starting point for tearing, a specific tooth can be added. Depending on your machine type, we can also produce sealing jaw to obtain an «ORBITAL» cut.

For cereal bars, we manufacture circular blades adequate for lengthwise cutting and straight blades for your cross cut. Specific blades for extruded products can be manufactured.

We produce different types of straight knives with a beveled edge and a large array of attachments is available.
