Sink dies for casting production are engraved in accordance with their use in reading direction. We produce sink dies in accordance with DIN 1451 in narrow font, narrow-medium font, medium font or broad font. Figure or letter sizes can be individually set by you.

Together with the Fachhochschule Münster – University of Applied Sciences we are working on ALWA PERM (patent No. 2583995). This is a metal-filled casting resin for producing a porous, resin-bound mould. These materials are applicable in the areas of thermoforming, the ceramic industry, intake moulds and devices, pneumatic cushioning, the filter industry, etc. ALWA PERM allows a castable production of porous metallic materials with a binder for the first time. The system offers a highly accurate mould surface reproduction. The profile characteristics goes far beyond the current state of the art. NO MORE DRILLING OF VACUUM HOLES! NO DAMAGE OF THE MOULD SURFACE DUE TO DRILLING HOLES

It has been especially developed for the production of colored concrete block productsmade of earth-moist concrete and combines multiple mechanisms. PAVELITH® AP 600 can be successfully used in concrete block products made of earth-moist concrete, such as paving stones, slabs or gardening products, as well as in mixtures of plastic consistency , such as wet-cast products. - intensified color effect - improved color stability - enhanced color brilliance - minimized primary and secondary efflorescence - reduced atmospheric water absorption - very good side and surface sealing - greatly reduced tendency for sticking

The economic adjustment to small batch sizes, we meet with our turned parts for the direct assembly in plastics and die-cast products. Any thread forms such as, thread-tapping (DIN7500), thread cutting (DIN 7513-7516) or KTG for direct screw in plastics are realized cost-effectively. Advantage is the elimination of high tooling costs, since no counter-thread in the workpiece (eg threaded inserts, nuts, etc.) is required because the direct assembly takes place directly into the workpiece. Only a given tube is required in order to screw it directly. Our turned parts replace previously cold formed parts used (so-called multi-station presses) which require high output volumes in order to achieve a reasonable price parts.

Proven special release agents for the production of concrete products by wet-cast process using either PE, PU or silicone moulds. Fast and easy release of concrete products from the mould, results in clean, uniform and almost flawless surfaces.

The casting lines comprise formulation, preparation, mixing, metering and casting of the parts. Also included is a pre-heating zone for the parts resp. molds prior to the casting devices as well as gelling and curing ovens systems. Fully automatic flow of the parts/workpieces through the entire process, from pre-heating to curing.

In addition to adhesive coated protection films, POLIFILM is also offering coextruded, uncoated yet self-adhesive films since more than 12 years. These protection film solutions combine the film manufacturing process (film extrusion) and the adhesive extrusion in one process. The traditional process requires typically at least 2 steps. This co-extrusion process presents a clear productivity gain also for our customers. We develop co-extruded protection films together with our partner, who has a long time experience in the development and production of cast films. Our joint technological experience presents an ideal platform for the development of ever more demanding requirements of our customers now and in the future.
