Based on a variaty of styles, we offer a substantial selection of voile curtains with effect yarns, colour details and complete colourations. Due to the wide spectrum of yarns and colours we are able to create and produce a huge amount of different looks. By using Dobby and Jacquardmachines, we are able to handle widths from 150 to 300 cm, and can provide makeups from doublefolded to rolled.

In our collection you will find flat woven and chenilleupholstery fabrics used for upholstering chairs and seats, as well as industrial processing with a broad choice of jacquard patterns and colour charts.

The special construction of the fabric collection has a soundabsorbing effect. The focus is on the look of modern curtains. This is achieved through effects and colours in combination with functionality. Using special strands, we produce leno fabrics with alternatingly crossing threads in warpdirection. This technique allows us to create fabrics combining the benefits of smooth appearance, high transparancy with stability and shifting resistance.

Because of our divers mechanical capacity, our product line also consists of a variety of dobby and jacquardshears from voile to batiste fabrics. The inhouse shearing machines ensure high quality and offer flexibility in designing and patterning.

In our collection you will find a range of designs from classic to modern which are created on non and semitransparent fabrics with diverse colour charts both yarn and piece dyed. Thanks to the wide lineup of our warp layouts, from monofilament to 88threads, we are able to produce anything from single colour to jacquardwoven fabrics up to 300 cm in width.

Heavy-duty weft straightening The heavy duty version. High demands due to large product widths (e.g. carpet) or dimensionally stable textiles with defined skew settings (e.g. denim) require a more solid configuration. The frame, bearings and rollers are designed for high loads. Available with up to 5400 mm working width.

Bow and skew detection and control The Orthopac FMC automatic straightener is the heart and core of the Orthopac. The device consists of an optical scanning system and electronic control for distortion correction. It is used primarily to detect and log residual distortions in the exit end of a system, e.g. with the stenter. Thread density can be determined at the same time. It can also be connected to external straightening machines then serving them as control unit.

Weft straightening the way it should be ... The Orthopac RVMC is the universally employable straightening system from Mahlo for the correction of web distortions for nearly all applications. Available with hydraulic or electrical straightening roller adjustment. The modular construction allows the system to be configured to meet the demands of changing conditions and requirements.

Fabric compensators are highly flexible and usually made of multi-ply fabric, offering excellent temperature resistance and chemical resistance depending on the particular design.
