Forklift truck attachments, stationary equipment for material handling and container spreaders from KAUP are known for their ease of use. Because the user-oriented design makes it possible for it to fulfil its intended use for years. That notwithstanding, it is normal that even KAUP products are subject to more or less heavy wear, depending on use. That can lead to delays in normal operations and even to breakdowns. In order, however, to keep the downtime of an attachment, a stationary equipment for material handling or a container spreader as short as possible in this case, there is the qualified customer service from KAUP. Because, it doesn't matter whether it is replacement parts for an attachment, professional technicians for repair and maintenance, training for regular care or continual maintenance of the KAUP products: the more than 60 employees in customer service at KAUP are the professional contact for every user.

KAUP offers a wide range of attachments for construction machines - almost every attachment can be combined with a wheel loader, skid steer loader, telescopic loader, wheeled excavator, crawler excavator or any other construction machine.

1000-fold proven components of the KAUP modular design combined in a particular way: these make up KAUP Stationary Material Handling Equipment. They consist of project related system solutions which can be integrated in every production process. Our devices have already been implemented for handling bagged products such as sugar or cement. But also in goods handling and storage of consumer goods and beverages, when turning sheet metal or paper sheets for processing on both sides, our application orientated devices are in great demand. The majority of our equipment is driven by a hydraulic power unit. They can be controlled automatically, semiautomatically or manually and so optimally adjusted to the customer requirements.

KAUP Container Spreaders are variably usable and have proven to be successful in worldwide use since more than 30 years - on ships, port terminals or transhipment stations. Due to the consequently applied modular principle of KAUP they have a very favourable ratio between empty weight and payload and can be adapted without any problems to individual requests concerning load capacity, stroke speed and increasing container sizes.

KAUP Container spreaders for forklift trucks guarantee efficient handling for all container types. Whether it’s a top spreader, spreader for lateral or frontal pick-up, rigid design or telescopic - KAUP spreaders can be optimally configured for almost any application. KAUP forklift trucks spreaders ensure maximum handling performance, providing an excellent view of the container corners. This enables the operator to position the spreader quickly and accurately.

Attachments from KAUP are not only "The helping hands of your forklift truck". They can also be "the helping hands of your automated guided vehicle", significantly expanding the application possibilities of the innovative automated guided vehicles (AGVs). Whether integrated sideshift, bale clamp or telescopic forks: a wide variety of attachments from the KAUP product range can be integrated into AGVs. It does not matter whether the attachment is electronically or hydraulically operated. As with forklift trucks, KAUP also works with all manufacturers of automated guided vehicles.

The here and now is electric. This is not exclusively true for cars and industrial trucks of various kinds. Even attachments for automated guided vehicle systems, forklift trucks or pedestrian stackers are now electrically powered. With the e-op series, KAUP has electrified the most important implement functions and its range includes Sideshifter, Fork Positioner, Rotator and Double Pallet Handler with electronic drives for a wide variety of material handling tasks.

KAUP Telescopic Forks can be easily combined with other attachments. The Fork Positioner with Telescopic Forks type T466/T180CT is one of these combinations. The forklift truck driver can adjust the distance between forks to suit the width of the load and, at the same time, handle loads to be lifted from or put down double deep.

The simple KAUP Crane Jib model T183G is designed with insertion pockets and fitted directly onto standard forklift truck forks and secured there. This attachment makes it possible to lift loads beyond the tips of the forks. This is the perfect choice when a Crane Jib is only used occasionally.

KAUP Carrying Rams T185 in steel tube version can be found on forklift trucks wherever tubes, coils or other material wound on cores are transported. Carrying Rams with capacities of up to 80 tons can be found in the KAUP product range.

The Carpet Carrying Ram T185BT from KAUP can be used to transport carpet rolls with a small core diameter. The very slim and long mandrels should be about 2/3 of the roll length. This means that, for example, a mandrel length of 3,500 mm can be used to transport a 5,000 mm long carpet roll.

Push-pulls enable transportation of loads with inexpensive and place saving slip-sheets which are usually made of plastic or cardboard. This KAUP attachment makes expensive and unwieldy wooden pallets superfluous and optimal economical loading of overseas containers possible.

KAUP Telescopic Forks can be easily combined with other attachments. The Fork Positioner with Telescopic Forks type T466/T180CT is one of these combinations. With the new view-optimised designed KAUP Rotating Roll Clamp T458B-2 roles and pipes can be taken up and transported carefully. The contact pad of this attachment is divided and allows in such a way that at the same time two roles - also with different diameters - can be transported stacked. This makes this attachment everywhere inalienable where the dandling of paper rolls, concrete tubes and similar is essential.

With the new view-optimised designed KAUP Rotating Roll Clamp T458B roles and pipes can be taken up and transported carefully. This makes this attachment indispensable wherever you are dealing with the handling of paper rolls, concrete pipes and other similar items.

The combination with a rotary unit extends the application possibilities of the bale clamp of KAUP even more. Because with the Rotating Bale Clamp T453 the rotating and turning of goods without palettes like cellulose bale, material bale, paper bale, waste paper bale or tobacco bale become easily possible. The insides of the clamp arms of this attachment are optimised for the respective transport purpose. Generally the fixed arms are designed with toe-in.

The KAUP Pallet Turnover Clamp T451W is an attachment designed with high visibility and suitable for all kinds of applications. It can be used to turn palletised and non-palletised goods or to exchange pallets e.g. from production pallets to transport pallets. It is also suitable for empting grid boxes or other transport containers.

The KAUP Rotating Fork Clamp T451 is an attachment designed with high visibility. Its solid, strengthened construction using 1000-fold proven basic components of the KAUP modular system gives numerous possibilities for heavy duty applications.

The extensive and many-sided drum clamp programme of KAUP encloses attachments which clamp, tip and turn single drums. Other attachments can carry up to four drums pre and side by side. The wide port folio is complemented by special solutions for the transport of special drums, by slip-on drum arms and drum tipping arms for already existing fork clamps.

The ‚Smart Load Control‘ (SLC) system regulates, as the only one on the market, the clamping force on appliance-/carton clamps exclusively load dependent and not load pattern dependent. The weight is decisive for the flexible definition of the clamping force - not the dimensions of the load. The aim of the system is to ensure that only as much clamping force as really necessary acts on the load.

KAUP Appliance- and Carton Clamp T414B-1 are used world-wide for palletless transportation of white goods (fridges, washing machines etc.) and brown goods (electronic entertainment centres). For transportation of only one unit or up to 16 units: KAUP always has a suitable Appliance / Carton Clamp!

The KAUP Telescopic Appliance Clamp T413GT is used where white and brown product as well as other wide loading property is used. The slender clamp arms predestine this attachment for the truck and container loading.

KAUP Block & Brick Clamps are used worldwide for the non-palletised transportation of all kinds of industrially manufactured blocks and bricks. They grip packets of bricks from the side and are therefore suitable for handling of packets of upright format blocks with plane surfaces such hollow, lime sand and concrete blocks as well as curb stones. However the ideal Block and Brick Clamp can be configured to nearly every individual purpose. How? With the extensive KAUP Block and Brick Clamp program and the possibility to adapt KAUP attachments to suit nearly every individual working application.

KAUP attachments of the class T413 designed with high visibility are mainly used for in-plant, non-palletised transportation of bales of paper, waste paper, tobacco and textiles or also boxes and containers. Pulp, foamed plastic (polystyrene) wool and Big-Bags can also be transported with specially designed clamping arms.
