Coating with a FreiLacke electrodeposition coating (EC) is the economical and environmentally-friendly method of protecting and embellishing metal substrates. The procedure is principally suitable for all conductive metals and alloys. The component to be coated can be connected either as a cathode (cathodic electrodeposition coating) or as an anode. Electrodeposition coating as a method of corrosion protection is used in the automotive industry as well as many other sectors. The EC method enables process recycling and can be fully automated. The systems of the VEE model series are ideally suited for labelling medium-sized containers such as buckets, paint cans and canisters in all industries such as food, chemicals, paints and varnishes - regardless of whether these are oval, round or rectangular plastic or metal containers. Depending on the customer's requirements, the products can be aligned before the labelling process, and any plastic or metal handles can be brought into the position required for labelling. Optionally, the labelling system can be expanded to include additional labelling stations for applying a lid label, if required.

UV radiation dryers are particularly suitable for UV-hardening paints. Ultraviolet drying process UV drying is a polymerisation process which is triggered by UV light. The process is primarily used for drying flat substrates, wood and furniture paints, overprint varnish on paper, printing inks etc. The process is environmentally compatible and of a particularly high quality. UV paint would never dry without UV light.

Suitable for treatment of wood, plaster, masonry and clinker surfaces as well as oiling of canvases and priming agent for oil paint. Linseed Oil Varnish is a natural wood preserver and offers a durable and open-pore coat for these materials. Our product is pure, free of resin and toxic agents, it produces an impregnating layer and highlights the grain.

Suitable for any wooden construction (only outdoors) without ground contact (wooden cladding, windows, sills, garden houses, timber frame, garden furniture, balconies, wooden truss, doors, gates), that are to be treated decoratively with glaze, paint or varnish (not suitable for oak or hardwood). Impregnation Primer W210 is prophylactic against blue stain and rot. Our product improves the durability and adhesion of subsequent coats especially on highly absorbent substrates or those with varying degrees of absorbency. The coat is nearly odorless, completely odorless even when dry and it dries quickly. The coat slightly raises the grain, fills the wood pores and can be sanded easily.

Suitable for removal of varnish, oil paints, synthetic resin paints, dispersion paints and for cleaning stone hard brushes (not plastic bristles). The stripper also dissolves several layers in one operation. Substrates made of wood, metal and masonry are not attacked. Plastics and non-solvent-resistant substrates can be attacked.

consists of linseed oil. Dry matter has been incorporated. After hardening, the yellow, viscous substance, becomes a clear and water-repellent layer, if put on a surface. This layer is called varnish. The term varnish comes from the French term "vernis" and means paint. Linseed oil varnish is used as a coating agent especially for wood inside and outside the house and other materials. There is no standardized structural formular for this product, as there is no composition defined.

In petrochemical and chemical process engineering, screw pumps, acting as displacement pumps, offer hydraulic characteristics which make them indispensable for the entire viscosity range. In chemical applications in particular, the high suction force and the gentle handling of the fluids to be pumped are the outstanding features of this type of pump. In general, all of our pumps can be used in this field, but the most common one is the two-rotor pump. Acetic Acid is a colourless liquid organic compound with the chemical formula CH3COOH. It is also called glacial acetic acid when undiluted. Acetic acid is the main component of vinegar, and has a distinctive sour taste and pungent smell. In food preparation, Acetic Acid can be used as a flavouring and as a food preservative. The acid inhibits bacterial growth, keeping food safe from contamination. Industrially, acetic acid is used in a wide range of processes, including as a weak acid, a solvent, a reagent, a catalyst, and a pesticide, and can be used in the preparation of paints, varnishes and glazes.

The piping system consists of high-quality NiroSan® SF press fittings with red moulded sealing rings made of FKM and NiroSan® stainless steel system pipes according to EN 10312. Specially made for all applications that require silicone free components. Silicone-free moulded sealing rings are ideally suited to applications such as varnishing and painting industries. All NiroSan® SF press fittings are made of the material 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for moulded fittings) and 1.4408 (for threaded fittings and stainless steel precision castings). The material contains a minimum of 2.3 % molybdenum and a lower carbon content than the conventional steel quality 316.
