The products are manually placed on the conveyor belt, printed from above and collected at the end of the system. The portable system is equipped with a Wolke m610 Touch thermal inkjet system. An upgrade to a manual serialisation system with b+b Linemanager and Full Vision System is optionally available. The conveyor belt is driven by a powerful stepper motor with constant speed. The conveyor belts are provided with crossbars at regular intervals to achieve constant product guidance and thus a consistent print result. The distance between the two toothed belt conveyors can be easily adjusted in order to process different product widths. For processing slightly slanted products, the positions of the crossbars can also be adjusted to each other.

We use UR digital printing ,quality printing systems from Canon and Xerox, which are equipped with numerous additional functions. In digital printing, we process paper types in grammages of 70-300gr/QM. We have a rich selection of paper qualities available at Kreuzberg, Berlin site. All common file formats are available for digital printings ex: Microsoft office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel), image file formats(JPEG,TIFF) etc.We use professional imposition software to create brochures, Business Cards, Passport size photo or entire folders of holiday photos from single page. We deliver an expression to you on selected paper size, before the actual digital printing. For the expression we charge a basic fee of 1€. Subsequently, the required printed pages, selected material, bindings and all other service charges are calculated.

Screen printing allows the imprint of various plastic types. We are mainly specialised in transparent plastics. Flat-plates can be imprinted and reshaped in a following process if required. On our modern semiautomatics we can imprint sizes up to 1500 x 1000 mm, which are especially used for large series. Components up to 3000 x 1500 mm can be imprinted on our large screen printing table. The screen printing area is placed in a seperate hall in order to guarantee highest cleanness. In addition to the mentioned standards we are offering specialised knowledge, accuracy and precision.

Your provided data will be studiously processed for digital printing and regarding series, colour samples will be created and archived for colour-tuning afterwards.
