The pumps of the 3 series deliver operating pressures up to 250 bar and volumetric flow rates of up to 400 l/min and are the preferred choice in channel and tube cleaning applications.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. The ceramic plungers used are highly resistant to acid and alkaline liquids.

The ARP (Abrasive Resistant Pump) series was developed specially for the conveyance of water contaminated with grainy or fibrous solids. The ARP highpressure pumps deliver operating pressures up to 400 bar. The pumps also work reliably at a solids concentration of up to 3,000 mg/l and a grain size of up to 300 μm.

The highpressure pumps of the 2series with operating pressures up to 750 bar and volumetric flow rates up to around 230 l/min are ideal for cleaning pipes and tube bundles, containers and containers.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. With operating pressures of up to 1,000 bar, the Yseries pumps are ideally suited to a wide variety of cleaning work, e.g. in the chemical industry, oil and gas industries as well as in the area of ship cleaning. Due to the small size and low weight, they can be easily installed in unit with very small base frames.

The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. With a high number of pressure and nominal flow rate combinations, the pumps are preferably used in industrial cleaning, paint stripping and also in descaling.For pumps with an operating pressure of more than 1,000 bar, hard metal plungers are used, which are particularly stable in order to guarantee a long service life and thus low maintenance costs.

With the builtin central valve design, these plunger pumps also have high volumetric efficiencies at high pressures. The carbide plungers used are extremely robust, provide long service life at very high pressures of up to 3,000 bar, and can therefore guarantee low maintenance costs. This makes the pumps of this WOMA series ideal for separating, disassembling, stripping and derusting with high pressure water.

Due to many years of experience in the field of damping technology, LEBEN is able to replace shock absorbers of other makes from various manufacturers. The required characteristics of the damping property as well as the dimensions of these industrial shock absorbers to be replaced can usually be met by a replacement shock absorber made by LEBENDämpfungstechnik GmbH.

Rotating Piston Absorbers are displacement absorbers using hydraulic flow resistance. They are used to damp rotational vibrations, e.g. absorbers for ropeway cabins (see VDIRichtlinie VDI 3833 German Association of Engineers, sheet 1). The design is customized. Due to different operating conditions, no standard design is possible. (see also VDIGuideline, VDI 3833 sheet 1)

Vibration absorbers are produced in several configurations SINGLE TUBE VIBRATION ABSORBER for pull and push absorption at random mounting positions.
